My Kenmore top loading washer has started to do this strange thing where it keeps washing and rinsing over and over and never spins the clothes. If it don't force it to stop, it refills the washer 3-4 times! As a result, the clothes are pretty wet and take a long time to dry in the dryer.
Any suggestions? thanks in advance

Does the timer advance forward or stay in one spot leading the machine to be STUCK in an endless cycle? Most likely you have a TIMER control problem. Remove and replace timer.
