My washer washes and agitates the clothes but won't drain or move to rinse cycle. Instead it makes a humming sound and stays the same until I lift the lid. We put a new water pump in thinking it needed a new one and a new gear shift too. But no it still wontdrain and makes a noise. Need help please! We keep buying new parts and dont know what else. I also think I smell something coming from it too!
