Kenmore washer will not drain and spin cycle does not work

My Kenmore front loader model # 40272900 has an 1E error. I start the cycle at 20 minutes and it stops at 14 min which is right at the end of the rinse cycle going into the spin cycle. I went threw the troubleshoot on the manual and everything is fine but it wont spin after the rinse cycle. If I wait up to 15 minutes the cycle will sometimes complete. i think it may be the drain motor Brand: Kenmore Model Number: 40272900
