Kenmore washer water comes on for short time

I have a Kenmore washer mod 41748112701 ser XC74705690 that I replaced the control board but the same problem water comes on for short time if I put it in pump and spin pump comes on for short time then stops have checked drains and pump and check water inlet have checked presser switch it gets power to it for short time and has power out til power stops I can not get it to give me a code.
