This started after my son overloaded the washer - everything seems to be working but when the machine gets to the spin cycle - it makes a strange noise - the water drains but the clothes are still soaking wet when complete. The washer is not very old - 2 or 3 years Model Number 110.2513*410 P/N number W10607445AThank you
