Washer has about 4 inches of water or so but won't do anything.
If you start it, it will spin for approx 5 secs and then stop.
It will keep doing that until you stop it.
Doesn't get any more water in it or drain what's already in there.
We need a new washer and dryer but don't want to spend all that money.
Trying to see if there's anything I can do first.
Thanks ahead of time for any help that could be given.
