My refrigerator will not cool, I have a side by side Kenmore model 106.56536400 and I have checked resistance on the compressor and one leg is 4.0 the other is 7.8 ohms I removed power and pulled relay/ overload off compressor and then put power back to refrigerator and measured voltage across the pins and had 118 volts from neuttral to run and neutral to the start, (dont know if thats the right way to check that) anyway I am still getting no cooling after cleaning coils, checking voltage and ohming compressor. Any help would really be appreciated.The Milk has gone sour.
