This Kenmore side by side refrigerator compressor is running most of the time and stopping every once in awhile for about 30 minutes. Temperature is holding steady on the refrigerator side and at times the freezer side fluctuates by 20 degrees when it stops running. Refrigerator is stocked with food. Is this normal?
