Ran cleaning cycle.
Received OE error on subsequent load where drum spun.
Drained filter tube and cleaned filter.
Started another load; not sure if drum spun; received OE error again.
No water drained from tube.
Checked drain tube in back and cleaned.
Tried another load without clothes.
Drum did not spin. It will spin manually.
