I have a kenmore front loading washer, the problem first started off where it wouldn't go into high speed spin. I replaced the door latch and checked the drain screen. It's gone into high speed once or twice since then, but most of the time it will fill then just sit there. It did one revolution then it just froze up. I can get it to drain. But sometimes it will start to drain then you hear a clicking like it's trying to do something and it stops everything.

Has the washer recently been overloaded? Are you getting an error code? What if you complete a wash cycle with the machine completely empty. Any changes?
The washer filled and ran a slow spin cycle for about a minute then froze up. All the ran lights stay lit, and that’s with it being empty.

If you replaced the door latch, then you may have a control board issue. Check to be sure all the wire harnesses are firmly in place and attached to the control board and other components.
