What can I try to do to fix the washing machine? I have tried turning off the machine for 1 minute and then opening and closing the front door of the machine 6 times in 12 sec. Then ran a "touch up" setting with no clothes. It spun and drained. Then tried a light load. Not sure if it spun or not, but only partially drained. No puddle on the floor. No idea what to try next.
