I have a brand new Kenmore 600 series washer that I just bought at begging of the year. My wife just tried doing a load of laundry and noticed it wasn't clean or used any detergent. So I messed around and it'll turn on and when I go to use it it won't spin, or pump water into it. It just has a buzzing/humming sound. I've unplugged all the cold/hot water hoses to see if that was it no luck. It's not old shouldn't be having these problems.
