I am attempting to replace the bellows on my GE WASHER WSSH300G1WW washer. I have the bellows on and now I am trying to get the what others refer to as the "spring from hell" on. I am by myself. I tried the spacers and clamps with no luck being able to stretch it. I am a small woman. Can I substitute the type of clamp I see in some videos with that seems easier to install that has a screw part like a hose clamp?
