I put in a load of clothes, turned on machine and pushed start. The lid locked and the washer just shut off. It won't turn back on and the lid is still locked.
Try unplugging the washer for 10 minutes. That may reset the control board, unlock the lid, and get your washer going again. If not let us know and we will further assist.
