When I run the main cycle on my washer it runs through the entire cycle or so it seems. When I got to change it the clothes seem to be wetter than normal. I can then reset the control to the drain/spin cycle and it drains a bunch of water and then runs the spin. Why is it not doing this during the normal cycle? I have taken apart the magnet that closes the door to make sure that is functioning properly and it seems to be from what I can tell. Is this something that I can fix without calling a repairman? Thanks.
