Whirlpool refrigerator not freezing or cooling. Yesterday unplugged and cleaned coils. Seemed to get cooler, but no longer. Ice maker not making ice, ice dispenser is working. Lights are on, motor is constantly running. What should I check next?

Most likely the motor sound you are hearing is the fan. It sounds like your compressor is bad or possibly a relay or capacitor that starts the compressor is bad. Cheapest way to fix is buy new relay and cap. Replace and if problem still exists then compressor is most likely the issue. If you know how to use a multimeter then check the components that start the compressor to see for sure if one of them is not working.
