How to bypass clock on a Caloric wall oven

Appliance Repair QuestionsCategory: OvensHow to bypass clock on a Caloric wall oven

Old Caloric RWS214UD gas wall oven, likely from the 80s or 90s, with a mechanical clock/timer that has been functioning but making a constant 'grinding' noise for a long time. Currently, I have the oven removed from the wall as I am in the process of replacing the igniter. Given that the oven is already out, I believe this is the ideal time to either disable or bypass the noisy clock and timer. I have taken photos of both the front and back of the clock assembly for reference. Could you provide assistance or guidance on how to effectively disable or bypass the mechanical clock/timer in this specific model.
