I have the kenmore electric dryer Model# 96350100 I am replacing the cables (Part# 230131) I have the cables attached to the door itself but they don't stay on the guides when I put the front of the dryer back on, they come off the guides very easily. There doesn't seem to be a way of putting the cables on with a screw although there is a hole in one end of them.
