I can here the spin cycling but the drum itself is not spinning. Even if it's empty it won't work either. It spins fine by hand so there's nothing trapped or blocking spin.
Are you getting error codes? If the machine makes noise like it is spinning but the drum does NOT turn, then obviously something like a coupler has broken and needs replaced.
