I recently purchased a Hotpoint washer, and I'm facing a recurring issue with clothes bunching up, causing an unbalanced load. I've already checked to ensure the machine is level and even replaced the suspension rods, though the old ones didn't seem damaged. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm looking for any suggestions or insights that might help address this issue. Could there be other factors contributing to the unbalanced loads, or is there a specific technique for loading the washer that I should be aware of?
