GE washer top loading took a power surge

GE washer. Top loading. Model GTWN4250D0WS took a power surge. Now will not fill when auto load sensing is selected. Will fill when other load size is selected. Will fill and drain but not anything else.  I put the washer in field service mode and all LEDs flash.
