My GE washer Model Number WPRB9220D1 runs through entire cycle without spinning or agitating. With the front cover off I see that the motor does not spin or hum. It appears to receive no power. The washer fills and empties but simple stops during the spin and agitates periods. I can spinning the motor manually in both directions and see the basket moving and the agitator moving, depending on the direction. What voltage should I see if I test the power plug? What should I test behind the panel?
