GE Profile refrigerator model number PSS26SGPA will not cool. The lights are working and the turbo cool setting is working. The turbo cool is blowing cool air but the actual refrigerator is gradually getting warmer and warmer. Freezer isn't working either. Currently both are at 60+ degrees. I don't hear any loud noises coming from the unit. Also there was heavy rain and lightening today as well as power outages. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or just a coincidence. Unit is not even a year old.
