I have a Frigidaire upright freezer model #LFFH2067DW2 that is not freezing things. Originally, the temp alarm buzzer was going off, now one of the orange lights on the bottom panel is not lighted. The fan is blowing, but food is starting to thaw. What is the proper order to troubleshoot the unit.
