I have a GE front load model #WBVH6240. The drum belt broke and I replaced it. Plugged the washer in put in and added a small. Fills with water but drum will not agitate nor will it spin. After putting the belt on, the drum seemed to turn just fine manually using the belt. I can hear the circuit board clicking through the steps, but nothing is happening.
