Gas Stove Burner

John Sandhofner asked 2 years ago
The large burner on my Sears Kenmore gas stove does not distribute the gas evenly around the entire perimeter. The flames are larger on one side compared to the other. There is no blockage in any of the openings/grovers in the burner. I have used an air compressor to blow down the orifice thinking there might be some blockage in the tube bringing the gas from the on/off value. Nothing seems to make a difference. None of the other 4 burners have this problem. I would say the imbalance is approximately twice as large on one side compared to the other. Any ideas what may be causing this?
