Kenmore washer drum will not spin. Have cleaned out filter, and checked hoses for obstructions. Impeller appears to move freely. Drum can be easily spun by hand, possibly too freely. Belt is tight in back, and machine sounds completely normal, other than the no spinning issue. Motor is not engaging during the process.
