Fridge getting stuck in defrost mode

Model # 10650782001 I have replaced the defrost control board and the defrost thermostat. Everything in my freezer ends up melted and the fridge ends up warming up. If I adjust the thermostat it begins working again and cooling everything down but happens again a day or 2 later. Also where can I find an electrical diagram for this model? Not sure where to go to from here--
