1. French door model: wires inside the door divider got very hot
2. clicking noise off/on, etc., etc. compressor won't come on
3. cleaned coils. no joy.
4. installed hard start device (supco) - while the refrigerator did start cooling some, the compressor got extremely hot. (i touched it with my wet hand and the water sizzled)
5. could it be some kind of wire short? how do i determine if it's just the compressor?
