I have a Samsung WA13G7Q1 washing machine, and it has started acting strange. It does not drain anymore, neither does it spin. It works fine until the spin cycle, and then it just stops. Some of the times it has then opened the valve that lets the water come in, and other times it has spun the bottom agitator for about two second intervals. Now it does nothing. Then after about 10-20 mins of leaving it it makes an alarm and displays "5E" on the display.
I have not been able to find any answers yet, and would greatly appreciate some light on this issue!
It has a newer pump, and we also replaced the gearbox before too.
