I have a GE dryer model # DWSR483GG7WW. Back in january the timer felt stripped and I couldn;t get the dryer to turn on. I changed the timer switch. Everything worked fine. Now there is no clicking sound when I turn the timer knob. My local arts place warranted the switch and gave me a new one. I transfered each wire one at a time over to the new switch. Now i can get the dryer to turn on, but the timer isn't working. The dryer doesn't go off. The dryer just keeps on running. Again the timer doesn't feel like its clicking. I used to hear the gears as I turned the dial, now it just rotates.
