I have a Creda 5 burner Stove Top, GGH 180 ignitors switches that don't turn off. My son spilled tea in Burner #1 and #3. Unplug unit from wall to stop the clicking ignitors. When I turn on Burner #1 and #3, the ignitor stops clicking. When I turn off either #1 or #3, leaving the other burner on, it starts clicking again, all 5 burners. Is this an ignitor problem, wiring problem, or other? I have dried out the unit for 1 week, still clicks when I plug into wall, all 5 burners. Both ignitor switches have a hairline crack.

Following what you have described, it sounds like this may be a wiring problem. Take the unit apart and see if you can see any visual problem with the wires that go to the burners.
