I have a Viking Refrigerator that is cool but not cold; compressor is running. Repair man says its defrost system. Repair with parts and labor is $954. How do I know this is reasonable/ i suspect since its a Viking that parts are more expensive but what questions should I ask to understand the breakdown. I get a 15% discount on labor. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.
