Installed a new garbage disposal after the old one was removed, install wasn't to difficult only the weight of the unit, after wiring unit found that although unit spins water seems to only drain somewhat under use, after unit is shut down it, (the unit) is still filled with water, I'm thinking that the drain from years of use is gummed up, plus it sat unused a couple of weeks before installation.
