Burner orifice on my Whirlpool dryer is leaking.

Recently converted my Whirlpool dryer (MOD# WGD5310SQ0) from NG to LP.  Now the burner orifice is leaking gas.  Could this be because my gas pressure is too high? Or could the blocking pin be installed wrong or defective?
