Bosch double oven, model HBL555 A UC, serial FD7802 109460, and I'm encountering issues with the upper oven, specifically with the SC (self-cleaning) lock and the oven light. Initially, I discovered that the door switch for the upper oven was shorted to ground. After addressing this, I've noticed that the SC lock is no longer functioning, and the upper oven light remains on and does not shut off.
Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact cause of these new issues. I suspect they might be related to the previously shorted switch, which, although still functional, might have caused further complications.
I'm seeking advice or insights from anyone with experience in handling this specific Bosch oven model. If you have any suggestions on where to look or what steps to take to resolve the SC lock and oven light problems, it would be greatly appreciated. The fault seems to stem from the shorted switch.
