Amana Washer Buzzing – Reset Control Board?

Amana NTW4605EW0. Hooked up hoses, neglected to turn water on, and plugged in power cord without checking selector position (on wash cycle). Washer made a buzzing noise, and red light on. Lifted lid, buzz stopped, closed lid and restarted buzzing/red light. Pressed and held start/cancel button for 3 seconds. Light/buzzer off. 2 hours later, attempted to do a load of laundry, and machine doesn't respond. Found on Google unplug 1 minute, replug, open and close lid 6 times in 12 seconds. No change. (BTW, socket has power). Is there a reset procedure for the computer in this washer? Thank you.
