Amana front load washing machine won’t spin or drain

I have an Amana front load washing machine.  It was running when we had a power surge and shut off.  I have taken out all of the clothes and drained the water.  I then unplugged it and did the master reset by opening and shutting the door like instructed (I believe 6 times in 12 seconds). When it runs, it will fill with water, but then stops.  The know doesn't move around and there is nothing else, no spinning, draining, etc.
