A repair technician came an looked at the dryer. On my receipt he wrote "recommend, re-attaching vent to blower housing inside the dryer" and "Do Not Use" the dryer on my receipt. He told me though that the vent pipe needs to be reattached. Do they both mean the same thing? How do I repair this?
