My admiral washer is a year and 3 months old, top loader. It will not drain. We have unplugged it done the master reset and it stays on final cycle and lid lock but doesn't do anything. We are at a loss.
If the machine is running through wash cycles normally but the only fault is not draining, you may have a clogged or jammed drain pump. This requires unplugging washer, opening panel, accessing drain pump and inspecting for a foreign object jamming it. Check the drain hose also. Use a flashlight and look inside the drain pump once you remove drain hose.
