15 month old Admiral top washer fills but won't agitate or spin, just a low hum. Tried various diagnostic checks courtesy YouTube, Google, etc.  Fills, that's it. Emptied it yesterday, it DID run slowly after filling in wash cycle, labored but wouldn't drain. Two hours invested, any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul
