Hotpoint stove is making Noises on my electronics. When the top burners on turned on its a Scratchy sound and another, then in a few seconds it happens again. Only time it dont happen is when burners on full power. Either a common ground short threw all the burners OR the thermostat is Grounding out. IF I had location and acknowledgment I may be able to fix myself. It has a short panel in rear, with 6 controls and clock (left side) with baking controls on both sides of the clock..f 48001av is only model data I can read.
