Fix a washing machine if motor is working but doesn’t spin

When washing machine turns on, in slow procedures everything seems to be perfect. But when the washing machine comes to the hard spinning mode I can hear the sound it makes but not the spinning of the washing machine drum... And the clothes which I take at the end is all really wet and I need to drill them by hands.
