We have a Kenmore 90 series top loading washer. The water levels seems fine throughout the wash and rinse cycle (no overflow) though there is no agitation. There is also no spin cycle despite that you can hear the transition. The motor itself can be heard to run throughout both agitation and spin cycles but will not engage. A test short wash (empty) proved normal soak, wash and rinse levels as well as draining properly. I attempted a master reset of the washer two times with no change to the problem. The settings on the washer are all currently set to normal - warm water. I hope this is detailed enough.
